The bouquet was beautiful and perfectly arranged. Delivery was earlier than expected and everything was handled professionally. The color coordination truly stood out for me.

Delivery was delayed and the packaging was not secure enough to protect the flowers properly. Improvements in both areas would make a big difference for customer satisfaction.
