I had a very disappointing experience with this funeral flower service. The bouquet I ordered for my wife’s memorial service arrived late, and when it did arrive, it was not at all what I expected. The flowers were not fresh, and the arrangement looked nothing like the one I had chosen. I had to scramble at the last minute to find a replacement, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. I won’t be using this service again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The flowers for my husband’s funeral were lovely, but I had hoped the bouquet would be a bit more substantial for the price. The flowers were beautiful, and the delivery was timely, but I was expecting a larger arrangement. Overall, the service was good, and the flowers were beautiful, but I feel the size could have been improved.

The flowers for my grandmother’s funeral were very beautiful and well-arranged, but I was hoping for a bit more variety in the colors. Still, they were delicate and respectful of the occasion. They were delivered on time to the funeral home in Madrid’s Argüelles district, and the delivery team was very professional. Overall, a good experience with just a minor issue regarding color preferences.

The flowers we ordered for the funeral at the chapel in Mitte were lovely. While the flowers were beautiful, I would have liked more options for the bouquet’s size. Still, I am pleased with the service.

The flowers were nice but the arrangement was smaller than I had expected for the price. I understand that sometimes it’s difficult to get everything just right, but I was hoping for something a bit more elaborate. The delivery was fine, and the flowers were fresh, but I feel the arrangement could have been a bit more elaborate. I appreciate the effort, though.

I am extremely disappointed with the flowers we received for my grandfather’s memorial service. The arrangement was late and nothing like the one we ordered. The flowers looked old, and some of them were already wilting. It added unnecessary stress to an already hard time. I will not be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately, the flowers I ordered for my mother’s memorial did not meet my expectations. The delivery was on time, but the arrangement did not look as fresh as I had hoped. Some of the flowers seemed a bit wilted, which was disappointing. I had expected a higher quality given the price. However, the customer service team was kind and offered to replace the arrangement, though I opted to make other arrangements.

Unfortunately the flowers delivered in Santana did not match what I selected online. Some flowers looked older and arrangement felt rushed. Delivery was also later than expected which created stress before the memorial started.
