Delivery was delayed and the packaging was not secure enough to protect the flowers properly. Improvements in both areas would make a big difference for customer satisfaction.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister in Guadalajara, and the entire experience was fantastic. The roses arrived exactly when promised, beautifully arranged. She was genuinely surprised and couldn't stop talking about how lovely they were. The ordering process was simple, and I received updates until the delivery was completed.
