Got birthday flowers sent to my mom in Daejeon. I was a bit nervous because I wasn’t there, but everything went fine. They delivered it right at the time I asked and the flowers looked really nice in the photo she sent me. Simple process, no issues. Good service overall.
The late delivery was disappointing and the packaging could be improved to ensure flowers arrive in perfect condition. Please address these issues for better service.
