The flowers I sent to Seattle were absolutely gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the attention to detail in the arrangement, and the handwritten note made it feel even more personal. Delivery timing needs improvement as the flowers arrived later than expected. Better packaging to prevent damage during transit would be highly appreciated.
