We ordered flowers for our wedding in Canada, but some petals were slightly damaged during delivery. They looked okay, but I expected better quality for such an important day.

Delivery delays and flimsy packaging reduced the overall experience. Ensuring timely deliveries and robust packaging will go a long way in satisfying customers.
