Delivery was delayed and the packaging was not secure enough to protect the flowers properly. Improvements in both areas would make a big difference for customer satisfaction.

I ordered birthday flowers for my love in Phoenix, and everything went perfectly. The bouquet was elegant and full of fresh blooms with a really nice color mix. Delivery was on time, and the packaging kept everything in perfect shape despite the heat. The whole experience felt easy and reliable, and my boy friend was genuinely surprised and happy.
