Delivery was delayed and the packaging was not secure enough to protect the flowers properly. Improvements in both areas would make a big difference for customer satisfaction.

The flowers for our Byron Bay ceremony arrived fresh but were smaller than expected. They added a nice touch, but the arrangement could have been more dramatic for such a scenic location.
