I sent a roses bouquet to my mother birthday in Kyoto. The red and white roses bouquet were gorgeous and fresh, and she was thrilled. The only downside was that the wrapping paper had a small tear, but it didn’t affect the flowers. Overall, very happy with the service!

The flowers were late and the packaging felt inadequate. Timely delivery and sturdier packaging are crucial to enhance the customer experience.
