Yes, in most of the circumstances we can deliver your order anonymously, except rare cases like delivery in military region or in embassies etc where we need proper sender identification. Once we accept you order we rest assure not to disclose your true identity to anyone at all. All the information provided by the sender will reserved anonymous.
In case you don’t have recipient complete address, you will have to provide at correct phone #. Our florist will call the recipient first and will get the address from receipent and then your order will be deliver.
If you want to amend in your order, simply contact us and write an email what you like to change in your order with your tracking #. We can only amend you order if received your email 48 hours before dispatch. After that we can't guarantee the amendment.
The base currency is USD and you will charge on USD price. You can also change the base currency USD to any other at the time of payment. The other two currencies are for your help to estimate the approximate price. I.e If you are living in Germany and you are at our Japan flowers page for sending flowers in Tokyo. Then other two currencies will be EURO (EUR) your local currency of Germany and Japanese Yen (JPY) as you are in our Japan flower delivery page.

There are number of reasons which many cause your payment declined. The most general reasons are bank has refuses the card, the security code not valid, or the card may exceeded the limit.
