Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in the recipient's time zone and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately. We're unable to deliver your flowers and gifts to military installations because of the perishable nature of flowers and the security policies of many military installations.
