Flowers are very delicate and have a fragile composition. It is the job of the caretakers to take proper care of the flowers and allow them to live long and look glorious. No matter that there are many species, which last only a few months and then come back again at the same time of the year; they always leave their traces behind. On the other hand there are many flowers, which remain for all the twelve months around the year and are quite tough. The petals and colors of flowers also demand for special care and attention, which only the experts know how to give. Here, I am going to discuss a few important tips and guidelines that will help you in taking care of the flowers that are places in vases.

• Flowers turn out to be great gifts for any type of occasion. You can use them for celebration, for shoring true love or for the start of a new friendship or a relationship. They are best ice breakers and can create an instant feeling of warmth and well being.  When you gift flowers to some one they will think of you as a pure person and an admirer. They will also think that you know the best way of getting closer and allowing your feelings to be transmitted in a positive manner. There are also many people who love to purchase flowers and place them in nice vases. Here I am going to discuss the different tips you need to follow.
• First of all, you need to shift the flowers to a nice looking yet practical kind of vase. There are many people who are not successful in taking care of their flowers placed in vases as they complain of dropping leaves and smelly water.
• The vase, which you are going to pick must be leak proof, of a suitable height and must be clean. Fill the vase with water and fill it up till the mark of three or four inches maximum and add any of the floral solutions. The solution will prevent accumulation of bacteria or any other molds. Place the flowers in a suitable place. Where the temperature is no more than eighty degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure that the flowers not placed directly in the sunlight.
• Make the stems of the flower clean, where they are dipped in the water. Clear any leaves from the base of the stem. This will prevent the growth of bacteria and the water will also stay fresh. You might need to the trim the bottom of the flower stem at least by half an inch to make sure that they work perfectly. All you need to do is allow the stems to breathe and take their food from water and allow the flowers to glow.
• You can trim the stems by half an inch after every few days and while, you do this process make sure that the stems are placed in warm water. The life of flowers in vases becomes quite short and it depends on you how you manage to take care of them.  Keep on changing water and trimming the stems and let the flowers glow for a long period of time.
